Wild Wolf Forge is a customer-oriented group that produces and makes available the best custom knives, armor and weapons. We also carry a line of limited edition products cast from our own designs and from antiques we have acquired and like. Finally, we carry a line of high-quality production products for our customers who don't want or need a custom-made item for their purposes.
I started this company because I've been a custom knife maker for a long time, and I would like to be able to work at this full time. As the company grows, I may be able to realise my dream. I have many associates who have the same desires, and I will also be featuring their products as time goes by and the company develops.
The company name and logo come from a little silver medallion I wear around my neck. The image has a ruby eye, and is old and eroded (kind of like me). I have a great deal of respect for the wild wolf, which is a very different animal from the image we all have of it. The wild wolf is a resilient, resourceful hunter that is able to live alone. The wild wolf also has a vast and instinctive capability for defending and nurturing the pack. I have seen wolves at play and at the hunt, and they are magnificent creatures. We could all take a lesson or two from the wolf now and again.
